Dolores Mary Delcambre Green, age 82, of Mobile, AL passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Providence Hospital. She was born June 13, 1935 in Biloxi, Mississippi to E. J. “Bozo” and Carmen Delcambre. Dolores graduated from Scared Heart Academy in 1953 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in 1957 from University of South Mississippi. She served as Chief Medical Technologist with Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan. She dedicated a large part of her life to teaching, educating, and authoring a book on Medical Technology. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Gautier where she was an active member of the Secular Franciscan Order. Dolores was a current resident of the Little Sisters of the Poor in Mobile.
She is survived by her son, Blythe Green III (Emily); three grandchildren, Ashton, Austin, and Emma Green; sister, Sherry Larsen; nieces, Sherry Frederic (Steve), Amy Larsen (Steve Kirkland), Roxanne Farris (Mike); nephews, Grant Larsen (Tommie), Keith Delcambre (Evelyn), Tom Delcambre, Christian Delcambre (Amy); other family members and great friends.
