Dennis enjoyed golfing and camping and loved his Harley Davidson. He retired after 38 years from Local 340 Ironworkers in Battle Creek. On July 2, 1977 he married Linda Knapp and together they shared 33 years of marriage. Surviving are his wife, Linda; children Dennis (Kelly) Zander of Belding, Sherrie (Brian) Cantile of Belding, Larry (Kim) Zander of Belding, Steven (Tracy) Plummer of South Bend, IN., Scott (Reenie) Plummer of Edwardsburg, MI., Sandi VanCamp of Rockford, Leslie (Robert) Engle of Ionia, Daniel (Ashley) Zander of Greenville; 20 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters Joyce (Ed) Rutz and Linda (Louis) Agostini both of Ionia; brothers Gale (Leona) Zander of Orleans and Gary Zander of Ionia; several nieces and nephews.
