David T. Fulton passed away on February 14, 2019 at the age of 58. He was the beloved husband of Linda Fulton nee Zimmerman of O’Fallon, Missouri; He is survived by his mother, Joan Fulton of O’Fallon, MO; son, Jeff (Dianna) Palacios of NC; daughter, Tracy (significant other Cleaver Taylor) Palacios of Troy, MO; brother, Van (Eileen) Fulton of Florissant, MO; four sisters, Rebecca Smith of Troy, MO, Martha (Aaron) Rampani of St. Ann, MO, Janine (Mark) Nellesen of O Fallon, MO, Tammy (Aaron) Westhoelter of Montgomery City, MO; eight grandchildren, Devin Overy, Joshua Taylor, Ian Palacios, Christian Palacios, Olivia Palacios, Trinity Palacios, Aidan Palacios, Isaiah Palacios; 2 great-grandchildren, Heavenly and Jayson. He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Eugene Fulton, son, Jason Palacios. David was a member of Cross Haven Church in O’Fallon, Missouri. He enjoyed furniture making and wood carving. David played in a band for years playing the guitar and piano. He was an ordained minister and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
