David Gerald Rampp, 83, died on Thursday, Dec 8th at White Pines Memory Care Center in Cottage Grove.
David was born at Mounds Park Hospital in St. Paul to Gwendolyn and Theodore Rampp. His
early years were spent in St. Paul where he attended Cretin Derham High School and graduated from St.
Thomas College with a Bachelor of Education and later received his masters at Hamline University. Most
of his teaching career was centered in North Minneapolis at Jordan Jr. High and North High School.
David was married for 33 years to Nancy Johnson and another 6 years to Jack Walker. He spent the
majority of his retirement volunteering and living in Florida.
He is survived by his sister Marlene, brother Ted, daughters Bethany, Emily and grandchildren Kye, Leam, Ella and many nieces and nephews.
