He was born in Portland, ME on June 20, 1961 the son of the late William L. and Lois (Hunt) Horr.
David was a fisherman from Long Island, ME and he was also a Chef at various establishments in the Portland area.
He is survived by his significant other, Beverly Bennett of Windham, his best friend, Richard Marcellino of Portland and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
