Darin Lee Anderson, age 56, lifelong resident of Virginia died Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Essentia-Virginia Care Center. He was born January 11, 1961 in Virginia, the son of Rodney and Mary Kay (Gustafson) Anderson and was a graduate of Virginia Roosevelt High School. Darin was a gifted organist and pianist, who played at area churches. He was a salesclerk at Walgreens and a member of Peace United Methodist Church. Darin will be fondly remembered by all who were touched by his music.

Darin is survived by sisters: Shari (Michael) Martin of Coon Rapids and Leah (Bill) Schley of Virginia; niece and nephews: Josh Martin, Brandon Olson, and Katie Olson; great-niece: Eliana Kraskey; extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
