Daniel F. Lotshaw, 75, of Gasconade, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Delmar Gardens of Meramec Valley, Fenton, Missouri.
Mr. Lotshaw was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on June 22, 1939, the son of the late Haven and Dorothy (Freeman) Lotshaw.
Daniel was an automobile mechanic. He owned Dan’s Garage in Chamois for many years. He enjoyed dancing, hunting, fishing, working on cars, lawn mowers and many other things.
Daniel is survived by three children, daughter Patricia Knebel & husband Frank of High Ridge, Missouri, daughter, Teresa Riley & special friend Mike Williams of Hazelwood, Missouri, and a son Lester “Butch” Lotshaw of Gasconade, Missouri, by a sister Kay Allemann & husband Jim of Eureka, Missouri, a brother Charlie Lotshaw of Villa Ridge, Missouri, a sister Doris Cave & husband Paul of Empire, Alabama, a brother Lester Lotshaw & wife Tamara of O’Fallon, Missouri, a sister Brenda Baker of Chamois, Missouri, a brother Roger Lotshaw of Chamois, a sister Cherry Busby & husband Dave of Birmingham, Alabama, a brother Bernard “Buddy” Lotshaw of Chamois, a sister Alice Lotshaw & special friend Ray Schroeder of Gerald, Missouri, a sister Crystal Lilly & husband Tom of Villa Ridge and a brother Haven “Junior” Lotshaw of Chamois and by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, by a son Daniel Wayne Lotshaw, a grandson Robert Daniel Theissen, a brother Russell Lotshaw and a sister Mary in infancy.
