Cynthia L. Adcock of Greensboro, MD passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 85 years old. Born in Baltimore, MD, on March 13, 1930, Mrs. Adcock was the daughter of the late Hubert G. and S. Cleora Puller. Her husband, Aldridge A. Adcock , died June 29, 2009. Mrs. Adcock attended school in Baltimore and later became a sales representative for Hochschild Kohn’s. Her hobbies included the lottery, bingo and jigsaw puzzles. Crocheting was a favorite pastime along with painting ceramics. One of her biggest delights was her large family. Mrs. Adcock is survived by four children; William D. Puller of Southern Pines, NC, Alex A. Adcock, Cynthia S. Edris and Cleora R. Wheedleton all of Greensboro, MD; 14 grandchildren: William Puller, Jr., Michelle Spain, Deidre Bianco, Lisa Kelley, Hannah Tolley, Andrew Tolley, JR Davis, Jennifer Wheedleton, Alysha Cage, Zachary Adcock, Daniel Edris, Jack Wheedleton, Zachary Brewer and Julia Edris; and 15 great-grandchildren, Fiona Puller, Jasmine Deming, Joe Spain, Connor Moore, Dylan Moody, Morgan Kelley, Trevor Cage, Deklen Newbill, Baileigh Newbill, Taylor Davis, Shauna Davis, Craig Kelly, Adam Kelley, Kristen Kelley and Mason Kelley. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary E. Wareheim and three brothers, Hubert G. Puller, Jr., Donald I. Puller, Sr. , and John H. Puller, Sr.
