Cory Scott Kozar, age 49 of Aurora died Wednesday, October 22, 2014. He was born February 28, 1965 in Virginia, the son of Frank “Poncho” and Bea (Motti) Kozar. He lived in Virginia, Eveleth, Grand Rapids, and International Falls and graduated from High School in Medford, Oregon. Cory loved wood working and building, was a journeyman carpenter, the owner/operator of C&M Builders in Minneapolis and later was employed by Oxford Construction of Aurora for many years. He loved to hunt, especially deer hunting; fishing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, wood working, biking, and was a golden gloves boxer. Cory’s greatest love was for his kids and he was anxiously anticipating the arrival of Cody and Sam’s daughter in December.
