Constance “Connie” Sue Burbes passed away on March 31, 2018 at the age of 68. She was the beloved wife of Jerry Burbes of New Melle, Missouri; She is survived by her children, Brian Burbes of Eolia, MO, Craig (Marili) Burbes of Austin, TX, Carrie (Tyson) Stevener of New Melle, MO, Matt Burbes of New Melle, MO; three sisters, Joan Flaherty of Shawnee, KS, Cathy (John) Healy of Overland Park, KS, Ann (Rob) Granquist of St. Charles, MO; three brothers, Pete (Darlene) Rauch of St. Peters, MO, Tom Rauch of St. Charles, MO, Gerry (Julie) Rauch of Jefferson City, MO; mother, Marianne Rauch nee Faerber of St. Charles; Seven Grandchildren, Jordyn and Bailey Burbes, Hayden and Bennett Stevener, Rubi, Lina, and Maya Burbes; She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Rauch. Connie was a devoted wife of 46 years to Jerry. A member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in New Melle, MO. Connie was a loving mother, a dedicated teacher to Daniel Boone Elementary in New Melle, MO where she cherished her students. Connie enjoyed traveling especially to Alaska, the Mediterranean and on cruises. She enjoyed spending time at their condo at the Lake of the Ozark. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
