Colette Davis Oliver, 66, of Portland died Tuesday April 15, 2014. She was surrounded by her family and dearest friend DeDe. She was the wife of Stephen Oliver, who stayed by her side. Colette was born in Portland on June 13, 1947 to the late Philip and Frances Jenkins Tenerillo. She attended Portland Schools and was a lifelong resident of Portland.
She lived for her family. Her joy came from watching her grandchildren playing in her flower gardens. She enjoyed sitting back and just watching her family “be”. She took great pride in her beautiful gardens.
Besides her husband of thirty two years, she is survived by her family, two daughters, Denise Phelan and her husband Tom and Kristen Davis, and a son Michael P. Davis, her grandchildren Constance, Sophia and Hunter. She is also survived by four sisters, Theresa Rossignol, Phyllis Brown, Grace Dorazio and Maria Higgins. Colette also leaves behind her beloved pets.
