Clarence Elmer “Buddy” Jones III, 64, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at U.M.M.C in Jackson, MS. James F.
Buddy was a computer whiz who loved researching his family tree, music and studying the genealogy of rock music and the history of various musicians tracing their roots from one group to another. He was also a National Merit finalist in high school. The two biggest things to him were music and family.
He is survived by his mother Henrietta Crampton Jones and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Clarence Elmer Jones Jr.
