Charlyn Rose Parnell passed away in Ocean Springs, MS at the age of 83 on Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
Charlyn was born on January 22, 1933 to Perley and Gladys Randall in Santa Poula, CA. She and her husband David moved to the gulf coast in the early 70’s to raise their family. She was a devoted member of St Mary’s Catholic Church. Charlyn enjoyed playing Bingo and making others happy. Although she held several various jobs over the years none were more important to her than the role of mother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David Parnell in 2006. She is survived by three children David E. Parnell Jr of Phoenix ,Arizona ,Sharon French and her husband Benny and Steven Parnell both of Gautier, Ms; a brother, Jim Randall and wife Sharon of Palmdale, CA; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
