Eder, Charles James
Mr. Charles J. Eder Sr. of Dundalk, MD passed away peacefully
in his sleep on January 31, 2017. Mr. Eder who was 66 yrs. old,
eldest of 4 children and was survived by his son Charles J. Eder
Jr., two brothers, Bob and Jim and a beloved
dog “Boomer”, who was his best pal. Mr. Eder was a Vietnam
Veteran who served 8 yrs. In the Air Force. He retired, after
25yrs of service, as a well-respected Baltimore City Police
Officer. To those who knew him best, he was a generous and
caring man who loved his family and his country. He was always
firm but kind. A hard and tough guy, but to all who loved him,
he was old softy at heart. Mr. Chuck, “Da Sarge”, you were an
“oldie but goodie” and will be greatly missed.
