Charles Edward “Eddy” Willey, 52, of East New Market, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. Eddy was born in Cambridge on June 29, 1961 and was the son of R. Thomas Willey, Jr. and Ruth B. Willey. He attended Cambridge Senior High School.
Eddy worked as a tractor trailer driver for most of his working life until illness forced his retirement several years ago.
