Charles “Charlie” Clyde Riddle, 74, of Meridian, MS passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on December 16, 2021. He was born on September 9, 1947 in Gravelly, Arkansas.
A veteran, Charlie proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years prior to retiring as Chief Petty Officer. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Vickie, of 48 years. He was a loving son, brother, friend, father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Riddle; father, Clyde Riddle; mother, Nell Riddle; brother, Bud Riddle, and sisters, Betty Radvillas, Elsie Hunt, and Gracie Jacks
Survivors include his son, Caleb Riddle (Baleigh); grandsons, Collin and Campbell Riddle; sister-in-law, Brenda Moody (Bob); brother, Harry “Leck” Riddle (Cemantha); sisters, Ruth Ann Sandidge (Kent), Mary Ann Babb (Wesley), Lillie Laney (Russell), and a host of nieces and nephews.
