Charles “Charlie” Munro
Passed away peacefully on June 5, 2015 at the age of 63 with family by his side. Charlie was second of 8 children born to John and Cecil Munro in Detroit and raised in Livonia. Charlie worked for over 30 years as an electrician at Munro Electric and was a proud member of IBEW, Local 58. Charlie was the loving father of Sarah Munro (Darrin Greenawalt), Kristen Munro (Jeff Sukach) and Erin Munro from his marriage to Mary Brennan; cherished grandfather of Toula, Rowan, and Maeve; dear brother of John (Gayle), Melrose (Robert Kuusinen), Heather, James (dec.), Patrick (Sandy), Ralph (Kim), and Donald (Donna). He leaves behind many other loving family members and friends. Charlie enjoyed music, literature, Detroit sports, U of M football, and his Scottish heritage.
