Preceding her in death were her daughter, Susan Yvonne Thomas-Ellsworth; mother, Mattie West; brother, Paul Montoya. Surviving are her husband, Leon Ellsworth; son, Allen Thomas; daughter, Julie Ellsworth; grandson/adopted son, Elliott Thomas-Ellsworth; grandsons, Alexander Thomas, Cody Wireman, and Patrick Wireman; sister, Suzie Torres.
