Bruce E. Neubert, age 85 of Mankato, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Ecumen Pathstone Living in Mankato, surrounded by his family.
Bruce was born in 1937 to Olga (Preuss) Neubert and Erwin Neubert of Mankato. He attended Immanuel Lutheran School through graduation. On April 8, 1961, he married Violet Harms and raised a family of three children, Kevin, Debra, and Cheryl. Bruce worked as a machinist at Kato Engineering for many years. He enjoyed listening to music, watching comedy movies, singing hymns, telling jokes, and making people laugh.
Bruce was preceded in death by his wife, Violet (Harms) Neubert; mother, Olga (Preuss) Neubert; father, Erwin Neubert; sister, Janet Schultz; and brothers, Rodney Neubert and Wayne Neubert; Bruce is survived by his son, Kevin [Teresa] Neubert of Mankato; daughter, Debra [Tim] Holcomb of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; daughter, Cheryl [David] Endersbe of Mankato; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces, and nephews.
