Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Sheila; children Heather, Daniel, Brandon, and Victoria; siblings Rebecca Cook, Gary Cook, Mike Cook, Maria (Steve) Rademacher and Bonnie Cook; mother-in-law, Jane Gross; sister-in-law, Donalyn Sandborn; brother-in-law Doug (Raelynn) Gross; several nieces and nephews.
