Brian Wayne Longstreet, 26, passed away on February 9th, 2018.
He was a US Army veteran, a beloved son and brother, a proud uncle. He was into fitness, loved to fish, ride motorcycles no matter the weather, was an avid Colts fan, and was a serious gamer and team member on League of Legends.
He is survived by his mother, Grace Longstreet of Pascagoula, MS. his father David Scott Martin Longstreet and step mother Ruthie Longstreet of Baton Rouge, LA, his sister Michelle Harris and brother-in-law Joseph Harris, of Gautier, MS. his brother David William Longstreet and sister-in- law Casey Longstreet of Moss Point, MS. He had 4 nieces he loved very much. Naudia, Olivia, Natalie, and McKenzie. Ages ranging from 11 to one year old. Also survived by Aunts Donna Ray and family of Mattoon Illinois, Leslie Longstreet and family of Portland, OR, Lee Shadowdancer of Cisco, TX, Lua Correia of California, and Uncles David Ferguson,his wife Carrie and family of Mattoon, IL, Rickey Ferguson and his wife Annette and family from Arcola, Il, Lonnie Ferguson and family from St Charles, MN, Uncle Leonard Ferguson, Mihdi Correia of Modesto CA, Grandmother Victoria Correia and many, many cousins. Preceding him in death is his grandfather, David William and wife Beverlee Longstreet, Uncle Leland Ferguson, uncle John King, and Aunt Donna King.
He was quick to help both family and friends and jumped in to help a stranger in need on more than a few occasions. He had a strong intellect, a good if sometimes dark sense of humor and a quick wit. He excelled at most everything he put his mind to. We will miss his beautiful smile, kind spirit, and wide scope of intelligent conversations.
