Bobby Terrell Odom passed away peacefully, at his home on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the age of 85.
Bobby was born in Poplarville, MS on February 13, 1937 to Edgar and Addierene Odom. A resident of Pascagoula since 1947, he served in the United States Army. He and his wife and sweetheart of 58 years, Shirley, raised two children Richard and Lisa. Bobby retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding after 41 years in the electrical department. He also was a longtime member of IBEW, serving several terms as president.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Odom; siblings, William, Benjamin, Frank and Doyle Odom.
He is survived by his children, Richard Odom and his wife, Mari and Lisa Chavez and her husband Michael; sisters, Patricia Ann Bosarge and Gloria Faye Sauk; 4 grandchildren, Zoe Odom, Stephanie Purcell (Stephen), Christie Jones (Kyle), Michael Chavez (Brittney); 8 great grandchildren and 2 great -great-grandchildren.
