Mrs. Alexander enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and walking. Blanche loved to bake, and a favorite for her family was the candy she made. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Winfred; sisters, Della and Rose. Surviving are her sons, James (Kathy) Alexander and Wayne (Nancy) Alexander; grandchildren, Amanda Grace White, Timothy Wayne Alexander and Andrew Steven Alexander; step grandchildren, Leigh Flagel and Joel VanHarn; great grandchildren, Jordan, Victoria and Lucas; special friend, Margaret Wyman; brother-in-law, Don Fell.
