Bishop Ricardo L. Armstrong, of Locust Grove, passed July 14, 2017. A native of Chicago, IL, Ricardo L. Armstrong served honorably in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Chicago’s Carver High School and Kennedy -King College. His career path included the Chicago Transit Authority, Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, and the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. As well, Bishop Armstrong established the Word of Life Christian Assembly Ministries International, Inc. Those who cherish his memory include: his loving wife, Anequwa T. Armstrong, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren,other relatives, many colleagues and friends.
