Billy Warren Fulton passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in Pascagoula at the age of 77.
He and his twin sister Betty were born on January 18, 1939 in Louisville, MS to the late Ross and Ruby Fulton. He served our country proudly in the United States Army retiring in 1999 after 30years of service. He and his young bride, Barbara traveled with the military before settling in Pascagoula in 1965. He continued his support of country by working at Ingalls Shipbuilding before retiring in 2010. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. Strong in his love for God, country and family, Billy proved loyal, faithful, and supportive. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing when time would allow. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings Betty Faye Collins and Danny Fulton. He is survived by his wife of almost 59 years, Barbara Fulton; children, Debra Fulton, Diane Fulton Rains (Tod) and Rob Fulton of Pascagoula; sisters, Ivy Hill; granddaughter and beam of sunshine, Anna Elisabeth Rains.
