Betty Frazee, nee Dement, 81 of Steelville, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Gibbs Care Center. She was born March 4, 1929 in Ironton, MO to Oscar and Nell (MacMurrey) Dement. On May 18, 1956, she was united in marriage to Warren Frazee who preceded her in death on March 7, 2006.
Betty attended the Steelville Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the VFW Auxilery in Steelville.
She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and doing crafts. Most of all she loved taking care of her family and cooking holiday meals for them.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly missed by her three sons, Richard Frazee and wife Lori of Creve Coeur, MO, Gary Frazee and wife Sandy of High Ridge, MO and Mike Stout and wife Mary of Cuba, MO; four daughters, Linda Perkins and husband Paul of Steelville, MO, Lisa White and husband Paul of St. Louis, MO, Laurie Baumann and husband Junior of Ballwin, MO and Donna Stibor and husband Jim of Fenton, MO; sixteen grandchildren, Mark and wife Lori, Scott and wife Dawn, Julie and husband Alex, Tracie and husband Chris, John, Jacob, Jared, Jamie and husband Anthony, Shannon, Renee and husband John, Michelle, Dan, David, Laura, Chad, Kathryn and husband Lou; fifteen great-grandchildren, Naomi, James, Marli, Aiden, John, Emeri, Claire, Adalei, Matti, Michayla, CJ, Cameron, Dakota, Elle and Louis;one sister, Carol Horton and husband Paul of Cuba, MO; sister-in-law, Ruth Dement of Ironton, MO; on brother-in-law, Loren DePew of Ironton, MO; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren; two brothers, William Dement and Willard Dement; ten sisters, Mary Beth Ellestadt, Nancy DePew, Margarett Orr, Helen Panke, Gladys Pruitt, Norma Heir, Elenanor Kissner, Dorothy Jackson, Katherine Moses and Wilma Miller; and one grand-daughter, Melissa Ann White.
