She was a member of the V.F.W. Post #4090 Ladies Auxiliary and was a volunteer at Portland Area Service Group. Betty enjoyed cooking and traveling. She is suvived by her husband, Hanmer “Bud” Butler; stepdaughter Debra Butler; niece Donna (Narayan) Sivaraman; nephew Michael Lumbert; many great nieces and nephews.
