Betty was a member of St. Patrick Church in Portland. She was involved in various activities at the Portland Senior Center and enjoyed playing cards. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 1982; brother, Robert Farmer; daughters-in-law, Joanne Pohl and Tina Pohl. Surviving are her children Joseph (Susan Luna) Pohl of Portland, Patricia (Donald) Stump of Pewamo, Kathleen (Robert) Hann of Grand Rapids, Richard (Dorothy) Pohl of Portland, Gary (Jan Marie) Pohl of Portland and Colleen Pohl of Portland; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brother, Roger Farmer of Grand Rapids; sisters-in-law, Viola Spickler of Arizona and Frances Pohl of Portland; special friends Leon and Geri May of Portland.
