Betty L. Kreftmeyer, 56, of New Haven, Missouri, passed way Friday, December 24, 2010 at St. John’s Mercy Hospital, Washington, Missouri.
Mrs. Kreftmeyer was born in Washington, Missouri on May 3, 1954, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna (Schatzler) Voss.
She was the wife of William Kreftmeyer. They were married August 25, 1979 at New Haven, MO, he survives in New Haven.
Betty is also survived by a step-son Troy Kreftmeyer of Union, Missouri, four sisters Peggy Speth & husband John of Ellisville, Missouri, Linda Buschmeyer & husband Earl of New Haven, Rosemary Risse & husband Charlie of New Haven and Lori Null of New Haven, three sisters-in-law Jean Hoerstkamp & husband Ode of New Haven, Judy Brock & husband Ernie of New Haven and Jeanette Althen of New Haven, a brother-in-law Dan Kreftmeyer & wife Donna of New Haven and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary of New Haven, the V.F.W. Auxiliary and she volunteered at the New Haven Care Center and St. John’s Mercy Hospital at Washington.
