Age 81, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 16, 2013. Betty enjoyed being with people especially loved being with her family. She will be missed by her friends at Independence Village of East Lansing. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Marvin May. Surviving are a son, Gary (Virginia) May of Portland; daughters, Cindy (Tom) Arntz of Haslett and Lori (Darren) Ayres of Lyons; 8 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
