Betty  B. Baer, 85, of  New Haven, MO, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015, at New Haven Care Center, New Haven, Missouri. 

Betty  was born in Stony Hill, Missouri on September 3, 1930, a daughter  of the late Edwin & Minnie  (Heinlein) Allemann.

She was the wife  John  G. Baer.  They were married on April 14, 1949, and to this union three daughters were born Diane, Patti and Brenda.  John preceded her in death on May 5, 1981.

She is survived by two daughters, Diane Baker and Patti Nixon both of New Haven; by a brother Elmer Allemann of Hermann, by her grandchildren Chad Shipley and special friend Misty Nixon;  Randy Nixon; Jessica Moore and husband Joe all of New Haven, Cecil, Eric, Jeff and Jason Cash all of Wellsville, by her great grandchildren Scott Norem and fiance’ Rebecca Doering,  of Fenton; Damon Sage,  of Gulf Shores, Alabama; Andrew Boughton, of Gerald;  Nile and Taevyn Shipley, New Haven; Desiree and Marcus Nixon,  of Chauhassen, Minnesota, by a great-great-granddaughter  Ellanna Norem of Fenton, Missouri, and by nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents,  her husband, a daughter Brenda Baer, a  granddaughter  Shari Boughton, by three brothers Raymond, Roy and Armin Allemann,  by four sisters Evelyn Davis, Selma , Florence Allemann and Viola Vehlewald.

She was a homemaker most of her life.  However, she worked for a short time at Langenberg  Hat Factory in New Haven when she was 18, after her husband died she worked at the Pepsi Plant in New Haven.  

Betty was a member of Parents without Partners, Franklin County Chapter and the New Haven American Legion Auxiliary.  She enjoyed watching St.
