Bettie was born February 22, 1934 at Safe, Missouri, daughter of the late Herman T. (Cap) and Katie Irene (Hemme) Oberkrom. Bettie was united in marriage on April 10, 1954 to Wendell Arthur Klossner who preceded her in death January 18, 2003.
Bettie was a life long resident of the St. James area and a member of the First Church of God in St. James, Missouri. Bettie spent her life being a loving, dedicated wife and help mate to husband Wendell and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend. She spent her life thinking of others and always ready to extend a helping hand.
