Bernice Ellen Krull, 81, of Swiss, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Frene Valley Health Center, Hermann.
Mrs. Krull was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 2, 1932, the daughter of the late Louis and Amanda (Engelbrecht) Schoening.
She was married to Leroy Hilmer Krull on December 3, 1949 at Hardy, Arkansas. Her husband preceded her in death on October 31, 1983.
Bernice was baptized on September 22, 1934 and was confirmed on April 14, 1946 at St. John’s E & R Church at Swiss. After the death of her husband Bernice worked at Gen Corp Automotive until her retirement on May 9, 1997. She was a member of the Swiss Evangelical Reformed Church.
Bernice is survived by two daughters, Carol Jean Williams & friend Larry Dittman of Bland, Missouri and Donna Kaye Schneider & husband Jim of Hermann, one son Timothy Leroy Krull & wife Paula of Hermann, one sister Shirley Ann Schoening of Hermann, one son-in-law Larry Shoemaker, 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two daughters LeeAnn Anderson and Sandra Ellen Shoemaker and a grandson Gary Williams.
