Bea was the owner and operator of Cracker Barrel grocery store on the corner of Peck Lake Rd. and M66 for many years. She married Robert G. Karcher who owned a Chiropractic business in Ionia. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Robert Karcher; daughter, Sally Leys; 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Surviving are her children Gary Karcher and family, Terry Karcher and family, Fran Lawrence and family; grandchildren Scott, Janice, Neal, Jennifer, Kyle, Kelly, Debbie, Amy, Brenda; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Bacherms; brother, Wayne Neal; several nieces and nephews.
