Barbara Garey passed away on November16, 2017 at the Caroline Nursing home in Denton Md. She was 85 years of age.
Mrs. Garey was born on April 14. 1932. She was the second of six children, born to the late Walter Virgil Turner and Ruthann Fountain Turner. Her husband, Lester Frederick Garey, died on August 6, 2004.
She is survived by her son David Garey (Kim); 5 grandchildren: Cherody Budler (Jason), Ross Garey (Ashley), Dana Rodrigues (Randall), Brandon Garey (Danyell), and Adam Garey (Deborah); 12 great grandchildren; two brothers, Virgil Turner (Carol) and Ray Turner (Sue); and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Lester Frederick Garey, Jr. and his wife, Addle Garey; and three sisters: Dorothea Morgan, Audrey Demchyk, and Ruthann Schauber.
