Barbara was a member of the First Baptist Church, #324 Operating Retiree Club and the V.F.W. Post #4090 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, reading, playing board games and bird watching. Her greatest love was her husband, Bob, her children and grandchildren. Barbara was very devoted to reading the Bible daily. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers; brother, Dale Stiffler; sisters-in-law Gayla Stafford, Arlene Thelen and Lenora Hendee; brothers-in-law Fred (Mae) Hendee, Raymond Hendee and DeWayne Hendee. Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Robert “Bob”; children Brenda (Ronald Shinaver, Jr.) Dumas, Diane Hendee, Gary (Luann) Hendee, and James Hendee; grandchildren Duane (Amy) Hendee, Craig Hendee, Kimberly (Bob) Loomis and Jesse Dumas; great grandchildren Katelyn and Nicholas Hendee; brothers Ted (Orpha) Stiffler and Robert (Connie) Stiffler; sisters-in-law Gladys Stiffler, Dorothy Hendee, Joyce Peterson; brother-in-law Jerome Thelen; special friends Evelyn (Woody) King and Helen Brandsen; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
