Arthur E. Donley, of Norwell, formerly of West Roxbury passed away on May 29, 2012. He was 83 years old. Arthur was born on June 14, 1928. He was raised on a farm in Wheeling, West Virginia. Like many who grew up during the depression, he and his family had little, and made do with whatever they had. Arthur remembers those times as very special; “we were all in the same boat and didn’t know what we were missing. We were all happy and just enjoyed each day.” Arthur took that deep appreciation for each day and carried it throughout his life. He was known for his positive attitude, gregarious nature, and kindheartedness towards others. It was that enthusiasm for life that took Arthur on his journey of success. Arthur bought James L. Miniter Insurance Agency in 1965.
