Arthur Southard is survived by Two sons: Roger Southard of St. James and Leonard Southard of St. James; Daughters: Karen Cochran and husband Elmer of St. James, Sharon Webster and husband Dan of Cuba, Verlee FOust and husband Jim of St. James and LaDonna Southard of Gladstone, Mo. ALso survived by 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
