Born November 16, 1938 in Mabalacat, Pampanga. Son of Tomas and Angela Punsalan, the first of twelve children. Mandy later moved to the DC Metro area in 1971, finally settling in Laurel, MD with his family. Mandy worked in Washington, DC.
He is survived by his mother, Angela, his second wife, Jenalyn, his children, Armil and Armando Jr., daughter-in-law Denise; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Cheyenne, Bryce, Colin, and Landon, his brothers, Milo, Pompeyo, and Dal, his sisters, Led, Luz, Lyn, Liza, Levy, and Louella. Mandy was preceded in death by his father, Tomas, his first wife, Iluminada, and his brothers, Rodrigo and Wilfredo.
