Arline M. Rehn died on Monday, July 24, 2017, at her home in Denton, MD. She was 94 years old.

Born in Washington State on October 30, 1922, Mrs. Rehn was the daughter of the late Oscar Myre and Arline Peachie Myre. Her husband, Irwin Martin Rehn died in 2004. Arline graduated from High School as class Valedictorian. She earned a Masters degree in Spanish at the University of Chicago. She met her husband, Irwin at the church where they attended. Besides rearing four children she had a career in private education. Mrs. Rehn had taught at the Walnut Creek Christian Academy in California and in the Parsippany Christian School in NJ. She had belonged to the Parsippany Baptist Church and the Blessed Hope Bible Church in Wilsonville, AL Mrs.

Mrs. Rehn is survived by two sons: Stan Rehn and his wife Joan of Denton, MD and Nathan Rehn and his wife Charlotte of Salinas, CA; a daughter, Martha “Molly” Jones and her husband Rick of Seattle, WA; a son-in-law, Christian Spencer of Collingswood, NJ; 39 grandchildren and 66 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Spencer.
