Mr. Meredith was the son of Shirley Anthony Daffin of Denton, MD and the late Joel Lee Meredith, Sr. He attended North Caroline High School in Ridgely, MD. He was a construction worker and he was a fan of NASCAR and old-style country music.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Meredith is survived by his wife, Kathy Meredith of Felton; his daughter, Jessica Milligan and her fiancé Howard; three step children, Adam Rhinehardt (Cathy), Eric Rhinehardt (Meghan) and David Rhinehardt (deceased); one grandchild, Christopher Milligan and four step grandchildren Trent Rhinehardt, Kylie Rhinehardt, Hunter Rhinehardt and Autumn Rhinehardt; one brother, Joel Lee Meredith, Jr. of Greensboro; and three sisters: Makaren Mullikin (Steve) of Easton, Susan Acord (Ben) of Hickman, DE, and Jackie Coulby (Lee) of Denton.
