She was born on December 1, 1967 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Elaine and Gary Starkweather. Anne was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert and Gary Starkweather and granddaughter, Vayda Anne Reidt. Surviving are her children, Megan (Casey) Ayres, Alayna Bueche, Alexis Beuche, Noah Beuche and Kevin Dunn; brother, Richard (Paula) Starkweather; grandchildren, Silas, Dillinger and Emmett.
