Angelo Frank “Za” Poaletti, age 66, of Lake Vermilion and formerly of Mt. Iron, died Saturday, August 23, 2014 in his home. He was born February 24, 1948, in Eveleth the son of Angelo and Katherine (Palkovich) Poaletti. He graduated from Eveleth High School and went on to attend Mesabi Community College. He was united in marriage to Donna Mae Becker on March 7, 1966, in Mt. Iron. Angelo was an owner and broker for the Vermilion Land Office in Tower.
