Alice Virginia nee Martin Kallmbah, 90, passed away September 21, 2007 at her home in Steelville, Missouri. She was born April 2, 1917 in Cherryville, Missouri, the daughter of Charles and Lula (Ennis) Martin.
Alice will sadly missed by her daughter Luci Martin and husband Jerry of Steelville, six grandchildren, Sonny Turnbough and wife Sharon of Cherryville, Terri Turnbough of Cherryville, Spencer Jones and wife Linda of Steelville, Lisa Hughes and husband Eddie of Cuba, Gina Tetley of Holts Summit, Jeryl Martin of Steelville, one step-granddaughter Tracy Garrison and husband Mark of Steelville, two sisters Doris Barnicle of Steelville, and Mildred Graddy of Cuba, 15 great grandchildren, Dana, Greg, Tina, Tonya, Sonya, Chris, Kimberly, Mariah, Marissa, Nicole, Cara, Johnny, Jamie, Candi, Caleb, and three step-Great grandchildren Josh, Jarred, and Trevor, and 15 great, great grandchildren, Shea, Payton., Brandon, Brittany, Krista, Audrey, Hannah, Ryan, Emily, Holden, Riley, Alexis, Graylin, Stephen, and Gage and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Alice was preceded in death by one grandson David L. Turnbough, four brothers, Cebe, Champ, Nute, and Gene Martin, and three sisters Delight (Lady), Beatrice, and Stella.
Alice had worked in St. Louis for many years at the Johnson Foil Factory and later retired from the Shoe factory in Steelville.
