Alice Tatha Zuverink
Age 84, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013. She was born on May 25, 1928 the daughter of Raymond and Margaret (Breece) Rhines. Alice was a licensed Beautician and owned her own shop in Bath, Michigan in the early 1960’s. She was co-owner of the Ponderosa Sports Center in DeWitt, Michigan in the 1970’s. In the early 1980’s she moved to Placeda, Florida with her husband Doug. She was also an active member of the American Legion Post in Rotunda West, Florida, where she held the position of Sargeant of Arms. She attended the First Congregational Church of Portland, Michigan. Alice enjoyed doing counted cross stiching of Lavender and Lace Angels.
