Agnes M. Haeffner, 88, of St. Charles, Missouri, formerly of Swiss, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Parkside Meadows Nursing Home, St. Charles, Missouri.
Mrs. Haeffner was born in Swiss, Missouri on November 1, 1921, the daughter of the late George & Elsie (Ehrmann) Mueller.
She was the wife of the late George H. Haeffner. They were united in marriage on June 11, 1944 at Charlotte Church, Drake, Missouri.
Agnes is survived by her daughter Arlene Kimberling and husband Rick of St. Peters, Missouri, two sisters Mabel Richardson of Alaska and Lorraine Elmore & husband Mitchell of Granite City, Illinois, a granddaughter Erin Regot of O’Fallon, grandson Daniel Kimberling of St. Peters and two great grandsons Isaiah Regot & Connor Claspille. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son David Haeffner.
She was a member of the Swiss Evangelical Reformed Church, Swiss, Missouri. She worked at a shoe factory in Hermann and then was a cook for the Gasconade County R-1 School District.
