A.C. Brownlee 78, of Ethelsville, Alabama passed away on Monday, January 2nd 2023 at Baptist memorial hospital in Columbus MS. A.C. was born October 3rd 1944 to J.D. and Alberta Brownlee in Brazil MS. Both parents preceded him in death.
At a very early age he began securing food for his younger siblings. He was educated at Stone High School in Melbourne Florida. A.C. Accepted Christ as his savior in his youth, but strayed as he discovered worldly life.After the call of God to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, He repented and began the work of Evangelism, later attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago IL., one of the most prestigious bible schools in the nation. He has a degree from Moody as well as several other Christian schools of learning.
A.C. Brownlee was one of the greatest guitarist who ever lived, even though he had the natural talent to play guitar, he wanted to play educationally, therefore he attended music school and received a degree in music, and was offered a teaching position with the school. He was an electrician as well.
A.C. leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 44 years Vivian Brownlee. Children: Lechelle (Earl) Jameson III, Maureesa Wilson, daughter-in-law Carla Brownlee, Hollis Brownlee, Jason (Danielle) Brownlee, and Sarah A. Brownlee. One step son Lester Jenkins.
