Norman Wallace Glaser, 83, of Anderson, passed away August 2, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. He was born on January 13, 1933 in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Norman graduated from Stivers High School in Dayton, OH and received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State, Class of 1962. He retired in 1999 after 38 years of service from Boeing Aircraft where he worked as a Mechanical Engineer. He was a member of Masonic Blue Lodge in Pendleton, Madison County Murat Shrine Club in Anderson, and Order of Eastern Star in Pendleton.
Norman is survived by his loving wife whom he married January 16, 1954, Dolores (Coriell) Glaser of Anderson, IN, 4 daughters, D. Aaron (Chuck) Jones of Menlo Park, CA, Lynda Sue (David) Moore of California City, CA, N. Diane (Richard) Sanchez of Albuquerque, N.Mex. and C. Denise (Brett) Menzie of Markleville, IN; sister, Betty Kersten of Stillwater, OK; 7 Grandchildren; Great-Granddaughter. He was preceded in death by mother, Bessie Glaser, father, Cecil Glaser. Cremation will take place and burial will be at a later date in Marion National Cemetery, Marion.
