Norman Eugene “Sonny” Baugh, age 65, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015. He was born on March 16, 1949 in Spencer, Indiana to the late Russell and Catherine Baugh.
Sonny was proud to have served his country in the Vietnam war. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his sons, Nicholas Baugh and Johnny Baugh; daughter, Norma Jean Baugh; brothers, Frank Baugh, Robert Baugh and Russell Baugh; sisters, Pat Vanderford, Flossie Baugh and Carol Sue Baugh.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Laura Beavers of Ringgold and Russell and Brandy Baugh of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Melinda and Carlos Hernandez of Dalton, Elizabeth Baugh of South Carolina and Erica and Tommy Frisbee of Altamont, TN; brother, Michael Baugh of Indiana; sisters, Jackie Morgan of Dalton, Mary Jones of Indiana and Dianne Hawks of Indiana; and 22 grandchildren.
