Norman E. Kerfoot, 85, of Westfield, IN but formerly of Cicero, IN, died Thursday, September 16, 2010 at home. He was born January 2, 1925 to Otis Virgil and Rena Violet (Biddle) Kerfoot.
He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII. He participated in battles at Southern Solomons, Iwo Jima, and the Volcano Islands. He was wounded in action and was awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
